Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Reminder application on your iOS device, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and remove it from your device.

2. Scope of License

Alion Tech Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Reminder on any iOS device that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

3. User Responsibility & Triggers

Because Reminder operates strictly offline, you assume full responsibility for your data and triggers:

Local Backups: Loss of reminders or logs due to device damage, app deletion, or iOS updates is the sole responsibility of the user. We recommend maintaining standard iOS iCloud device backups.
Trigger Accuracy: Location-based alerts depend on iOS background GPS services. We cannot guarantee 100% trigger accuracy in all geographic regions, deep indoor spaces, or under extreme power-saving DND configurations.

4. Upgrades & Billing

Any optional upgrade features are completed via In-App Purchases handled securely by Apple. Transaction refunds must be requested directly from Apple via the App Store in accordance with standard App Store terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Reminder is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. Alion Tech Studio is not liable for missed reminders, tasks, or appointments resulting from software failures, GPS interruptions, or custom configuration errors.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
